Apolaki is in planning. This notice explains how information submitted through the contact form is handled during the validation stage.

The contact form may collect your name, email address, organization, area of interest, and the message you submit.
Submissions are used to respond to inquiries, understand potential use cases, validate product direction, and manage early conversations about Apolaki.
The contact form is currently processed through Formspree and delivered to an Apolaki-managed email inbox. Do not submit sensitive personal data, regulated data, or production customer data through the form.
Contact form submissions are not sold. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the site and receive messages.
Messages may be retained while Apolaki is evaluating early use cases and responding to inquiries.
For privacy questions, use the contact form or email the active Apolaki inbox used for site operations.
This is a practical pre-launch privacy notice and should be reviewed by counsel before public launch, client onboarding, or production data processing.
